Hex Hector and Jump Smokers remixing Jennifer Lopez's
Oh.My.God. this made my day! I just read on DJ Hex Hector’s twitter that he’s remixing Lola’s new single “Fresh Out The Oven” (ft. Pitbull) for Jennifer Lopez’s performance at nightclub LIV tomorrow.

Hex is probably one of my favorite DANCE remixers out there, he has worked on three J.Lo remixes before, “Love Don’t Cost A Thing,” “Feelin’ So Good” and most notably “Waiting For Tonight.”

The Hex Hector remix for “Waiting For Tonight,” was such a huge dance hit that Jennifer still performs it to date and usually scraps her original version of the song for Hex’s remix. It even earned Jennifer Lopez a nomination for the Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording in 2000.

Hex Hector has also made remixes for Britney Spears, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Tina Turner, Shakira, Mary J. Blige, Kelly Rowland and many more.

Also finishing up a remix for “Fresh Out The Oven” are the Chicago-based Hip-Hop Dance group Jump Smokers. They recently remixed Mariah Carey’s “Obsessed” and “H.A.T.E. U.” Their productions are super hot club bangers! I advise everyone to check out their website JumpSmokers.com to listen to their stuff. This sure will get you dancing in no time!

We can’t wait to see how this turns out, sure we love ourselves some Moto Blanco but there’s nothing better than having Hex Hector jump in on a remix, now all we need are Paul Oakenfold and Dave Aude to jump on a remix as well! ;)

Here are some example remixes so you know what I was talking about.

Hex Hector’s remix for “Love Don’t Cost A Thing.”

Jump Smokers remix for Mariah’s “Obsessed.”

And now I am just crossing my fingers that Paul Oakenfold and Dave Aude ever get to work on a Jennifer Lopez remix (again).

Paul Oakenfold’s remix of “I’m Glad” – with different vocals by Jen.

Dave Aude’s remix of Pussycat Dolls’ “I Hate This Part.”
