She looks stunning and all… But what happened to her single. That died out QUICK. I am honestly starting to think she should give up on the music thing, cause I can tell this album will be another Brave.

What exactly do you mean that her single “died out quick”? First of all she JUST released it. Chill out. Let it sink in.
Also, how are you gonna compare this to ‘Brave’ (which was a great album). The reason why ‘Brave’ didn’t sell commercially was because of her pregnancy, otherwise it would have been a phenomenal hit.

lagente90, I mean that know one cares about it. I have supported Jen and bought all her albums and singles, even Como Ama Una Mujer (I can’t speak Spanish lol). Brave was an awsome album. Such good songs on it, but it seems that know one is caring anymore about JLo. If she wants to sell records and get back on the charts and radio she has to try something new, not the horns again. Lola was a fail, because well that song was so bad in my opinion, but they barley did any promotion for it, only in the beginning. Same with Louboutins. Only publicity it really got was her falling at the AMA’s.
All Im saying is that she needs to work harder and try new stuff, cause people never liked the whole horns thing. Even with Get Right, yeah it was a semi hit, but it was nothing compared to stuff from On the 6 – This Is Me Then. She needs to try new things, and work harder and promote her stuff more, cause I bet that A LOT of people don’t even know about Brave, let alone Louboutins.

Hope she make thru…ut even if it flops….i will always love the music she makes.

I understand you. There’s a new generation out there that she has to market to and I see your point. When she was about to come out with ‘Rebirth’ everyone thought it was going to be like ‘On the 6′. After her great Spanish album I really wanted her to go back to her urban modern roots. And yeah, the constant horns in her songs are a little dated. Everyone kept saying that it sounded ’90s (even though ’80s influence in popular music today is fine. Wow.)
The only thing I can do is support her because as a fan I’ve been there when she’s been on top and not so on top.
I personally like ‘Louboutins’– I don’t love it but it’s growing on me.
Us real Jennifer Lopez fans are few and far between.

Jennifer decided herself to step out of the spotlight, not to be seen all the time when she met Marc, she has said that several times, and now rather makes music/movies that she enjoys making, instead of thinking of whats going to sell etc etc..
And even though she did this, I’d say she is still pretty popular, maybe not as much as she used to, but still she isnt UN-popular. And I must say, I respect Jennifer alot for doing this, doing things she likes and dont care so much about what other thinks.
And as for the Louboutins song, It’s a cool song.. but I must say, that the first time I heard it, I was like – WTF?? But it has grown on me, alot!

Hey people…by the way- Jen looks really amazing on these photos! Can’t believe she is 40!
But the main reason why I am leaving a comment here is that I am taken with your opinions. I must write that I agree with you. I support her as a fan also for many years and that’s all I can do because I am a normal, trivial person, living in Europe. I honestly love her, I like her perfumes, I love her as an actress,dancer and I love her as a singer, I support her opinions and so on. But even when she is a good singer I prefer her as an actress. I just think that she can’t sell her voice much. I personally think that she is a great singer and I love songs like Ain’t it funny or Do you know where you’re going to because there she really sings…it’s her…she has a solo…but now…I don’t like her new songs much because I think it’s more about the band than about her singing…It looks like she talkes very fastly there…and I don’t like it…I just think that she should choose a different style of singing to make people know her as a real singer..But what’s this? I think people like it..but tis style is everywhere and hundreds of other singers sing like that..almost everybody can sing like that..but she is better…she can do things better…that is my opinion…I don’t want to write something against or con her! I’d never do that..because I really love her but I just think that she has known better.

I am sorry for such a long comment. There is one more thing I wanted to write. Maybe this song – Louboutins will grow on my heart too in some time…But it will be only because of her voice…because she has such a beautiful voice which always makse me calm…And you can listen to it but even more beautiful it is in songs where she really sings…don’t you think?

On a positive note.. JENNIFER IS #27 OF THE TOP 100 ARTISTS OF THE DECADES! CONGRATS TO HER, CONSIDERING THAT HER LAST #1 WAS ALL I HAVE WHICH WAS A WHILE AGO! GO JENN!!!!!!!!!!

I reALLy like the way that J.lo dress nice and simple.About Louboutins i really liked the song,prefer it more than Fresh out the oven.For me if the album will be like Brave really don`t` bother cos i really can`t` understand why Brave wasn`t` that good for people.I mean it had good singes with great music and good lyrics.J.lo is a very talented women i wish her all the Best of luck for her new movie and album
