Jennifer Lopez’s Vogue Italia Short Film by Michelangelo Di ...
Filed under: Fashion, Jennifer Lopez, Magazines, Streaming Media by Angelo
Check out this awesome ‘short film’ of Jennifer Lopez directed by Michelangelo Di Battista. It’s kinda the photoshoot in motion–AMAZING!!
Despite her twins, Emme and Maximilian, her marriage with Latin pop star Marc Anthony, her long break and luxury commuting life between Los Angeles and her country home outside New York, she has not changed. She is still “Jenny from the block”, thanks to a solid family, but also because of two failed marriages that have helped her understand what love is. Now she feels ready to talk about it. In song.
“Going to love lessons could help us in our lives”. With three marriages and a series of stormy relationships behind her, Jennifer Lopez speaks with experience. Sitting in the study in her country home outside New York, she touches on the argument by talking about Love, the first album produced since the birth of her two twins, Emme and Maximilian.
“Love is the most important thing in life, but we never talk about it enough”, she stresses. “Today, I feel I’m a more aware person. I don’t want to try and teach anyone anything, because I don’t reckon I have all the answers in my pocket. But I would like this record to help people think”.
The six years passed with March Anthony and maternity have changed her points of view. A few months before the birth of the twins, she chose to leave the public scene for the first time since coming to the fore as actress, in the mid 1990s. This has been a healthy break for her, giving her the time to reflect and the desire to restart the role of sexy diva she has always played. “At the beginning, everything revolved around the kids. Now, they remain the priority, but I’ve reacquired my sex appeal and energy”.

Jennifer Lopez dazzles in this gorgeous high-fashion shoot in the May issue of Vogue Italia.
The photos were taken by Michelangelo Di Battista, who also photographed Jen for her latest InStyle cover. Jen even let her son Max in on the fun, as he is seen on the second photo while momma-Lo sits on the sofa.
I can’t wait for the day to come that Jennifer Lopez and Steven Klein collaborate together to create a masterpiece of a high-fashion shoot!

J-Lo on the cover of Marie Claire UK
Filed under: Jennifer Lopez, Magazines, Photos by Angelo
Check out the sexy new issue of Marie Claire UK with Jennifer Lopez on the cover, it hits newsstands in the UK this Thursday.
Jennifer Lopez has had her fair share of high-profile relationships – including three marriages – but she insists she holds no grudges against her ex lovers.
The 40-year-old – now married to singer Marc Anthony – claims she is on good terms with two of her most famous former partners – Ben Affleck and Sean ‘Puff Daddy’ Combs.
‘Would I see a movie of Ben’s? Sure! Why not?’ said J-Lo, who dated the Daredevil actor for 15 months. ‘I haven’t seen him or talked to him in a while – our lives went in two very different directions.
‘But I always wish him the best and I always thought he was a great person.’ Rapper Puff Daddy, who spent more than two years with Jenny From The Block, is also welcome to pop round for a coffee.
‘And Sean – I’ve run into him once or twice with Marc and it’s always very friendly,’ she told Marie Claire magazine. ‘He asks about the twins because he has twins too.
Again, I always wish him the best.’ But after romances which have been about as successful as her many romcoms, Lopez is sure she has found true love with Anthony, 41.
‘I think there was always this very strong chemistry with Marc and I from the very beginning,’ said the Maid In Manhattan actress.
‘I always felt that if I got into trouble he was the one person I could call and he would always be there. That to me is love in its purest form.’

Filed under: Fashion, Jennifer Lopez, Magazines, Photos by Angelo
Check out this gorgeous cover of US Weekly that hit newsstands today!
From the daring, low-cut Versace dress she rocked at the 2000 Grammys to the Old Hollywood-glamour Armani Prive gown she donned to the Oscars last month, Jennifer Lopez has long been a fashion force.
That’s why Us Weekly named the singer-actress, 40 (whose newest romantic comedy, The Back-Up Plan, hits theaters this Friday), Style Icon of the Decade.
“It’s an incredible honor!” the mom of 2-year-old twins Max and Emme tells the new Us Weekly. “When they told me, I was just like, ‘Really? Oh, my god! That’s so awesome.’ It’s just so great for me, because I really do love fashion, and I have since I was a little girl.”
Lopez, along with Us’ other Hot Hollywood style winners (see list below), will be feted at Us’ annual Hot Hollywood bash in L.A. Thursday. (All the gossip and exclusive photos will be featured on UsMagazine.com Friday!)
For more on Lopez — including how she dropped 50 pounds of baby weight (including her exact workout and diet plan); how she dresses her curves and adds a “sexy edge” to her style and what she does to keep her marriage to Marc Anthony hot — pick up the new Us Weekly today!

Interview with People magazine
Filed under: Interviews, Jennifer Lopez, Magazines by Angelo

They keep coming and coming! Here’s an interview of Jennifer Lopez in this week’s People magazine. I typed it out for all of you to read. She talks about Alex O’Loughlin, her kids, Marc Anthony, her inspirations Madonna and Jodie Foster, and her guilty pleasures!
What’s Alex O’Loughlin like? He’s awesome! He said I really helped him with this romantic comedy thing because I’ve done so many and it was his first one. You have to be over-the-top sometimes but still nail the emotional scenes.
What’s one of your favorite stories about your children?
Every day there’s a new story with these kids! Just today I was like, “C’mon baby, let’s go downstairs,” and Emme says, “No way!” What? Where did she learn that. I love when Max mixes English and Spanish and he’ll say, “Look mommy, I’m eating huevitos [eggs]!”
What did you do to get back in shape after the twins so quickly?
Like everybody else, I had to work out and I had to watch what I eat. It took a year for your body to get that big, so it’s going to take time for it to get back. I think women don’t give themselves that credit. I had the babies in February. I was still heavy in December.
What makes Marc “the one”?
I think people try to always paint a pictures of this fairy tale, and if you have to work at it, then there’s something wrong. That’s not really true. When you find that person who doesn’t run when things get hard — I think that’s where Marc proved to me that he was more of a man than anything I had experienced. Getting through hard times make you so much closer. It’s like having kids: It’s though, tough, tough, and then it’s a miracle. It’s the most amazing thing, and you just can’t even immagine your life without it.
How do you balance being a mom and businesswoman?
It’s a juggling act every day. Did I spend enough time with the babies? Did I kiss Marc? Did I focus at work? I just do the best I can.
Whom did you look up to when you started in the business?
I loved Madonna musically, and I tried to emulate her when I was younger. Moviewise, I loved Jodie Foster. I guess I’ve always loved women with a little bit of toughness to them.
Do you ever miss the days when you were a struggling artist?
I do. Because there was simplicity to those days, and there was something nice about that. Everything was ahead of me. It was about: Do I have an audition, and how am I going to eat?
What are your guilty pleasures?
Glee, So You Think You Can Dance and cookies!
